Age 4 Advisor?

I currently use Philon in Age 1 (buildings build faster and cheaper), Hermolaos in Age 2 (faster cavalry training), and Roamer Djer in Age 3, (Desert Cavalry). I am wondering what age 4 advisor I should get to complement my build. I favor getting a fortress fairly quickly and focusing on using the cavalry. Other units I personally enjoy using include palintonons and priests. I would also enjoy any tips on stopping early age 2 rushes and revising my strategy.

Since you like Cavalry I recommend Hetairoi Commander Jason for Age 4. He lets you produce Hetairoi Cavalry units from the fortress at Age 4. He's good against buildings and ranged units. If your Hippikon are crit hit monsters, go for Riding Instructor Solon instead, he gives an additional +8% crit hit chance.

For Palintonon you could go for advisor Ranged Specialist Timo (don't remember his full/proper title, not behind a PC atm). He gives an extra +36% range and LoS.

The only way to stop an early age 2 rush is to build an early army yourself with counter units. You could of course wall yourself in, but eventually you will be out of resources and lose eventually.

ps. All the advisors and stats are epic, I don't know what your level is.

|||Thanks for the help! I think I'm gonna go with Solon/Jason. I'm currently level 35, although I am by no means a pro pvp player yet.
