City Ambassador

I have a quest post patch to see my city ambassador. He is nowhere to be found, where does he hang out?

|||From what I've read, he shoulld be found at the Embassy. If he doesn't show try packing and replacing the Embassy, that should fix it. :)|||Package your Embassy into a blueprint and re-place it in your Capital City. The Ambassador should then show up.
