Good ol' Peepaw & Bella come home - cant find quest giver

I have completed the 2 quests Goold ol' Peepaw and Bella come home but cannot find the quest giver.

In case he has moved I have tried all the cities to no avail.

Any ideas?

|||You need to visit a player town that has the epic buildings Mamu and Peepaw's House and Ol' Man Fischer's House. You can usually see people advertising them in general chat (they'll say they have the quest buildings).|||
