What level do you need for the "Bella" quest?

Basically in the title. I am level 10 and still can't get it. I thought I was able to earlier in beta.
|||In the beta I am pretty certain it was L15 (or there abouts)|||Yup, its still level 15.|||

Has the quest been changed so you cannot get the treasure from the guardians in this quest compared to the beta?

In the Beta, whenever you were able to get Bella back to your starting point, she converted to your control and helped take down the guardians. Now, she does not convert, and it's pretty much impossible to kill any guardian with two scouts and a priest!

Am I missing something?

|||Bella does not convert still. Cant get treasures now. Maybe at level 40 with greek so your scouts are geared to the max but I am stil not sure they could get all the treasures
