Need help in Challenges = A friendly little loan and give to the needy

I need a help in thesechallenges, I can't understand how I tribute them. which tools I should use?!!!!

Copied from the New Players Guide:

To give/tribute resources to another player, look at your resource
counter at the top of the screen and click on the numerical resource
count. This will take you to the Tribute Panel which will let you send
resources to your specified party.

Remember, when you tribute resources they are not sent 1:1. There will be a resource penalty.

|||And last I knew there's a 100%(?) penalty for trading(you need to send twice as many resources.)|||Not if you do the market researches
|||While that's true the market techs aren't available to research till age 3 I think. And I definitely wouldn't recommend advancing to age 3 in those tribute quests. I find it quicker to just gather the extra ressources in age 2 than advancing and researching.
