Challenge - Ultimate farmdown or whatever its name is

I am having trouble with this.

Its the last of the build 10 farm quests.

I always end up with 8-9 farms and the time runs out.

any tips how to do this?

Or if you want something faster than watching youtube...

Make 12-15 villagers, gather food. Have your scout find cows, gather food from those. At 12 villagers, have some gather wood, age up, have all on wood. Make a storehouse. Collect wood. When you have enough wood, make farms using all your villagers.
