probably an accident as the celtic/persian civilisations are not intended to be released before the christmas period
i think its not to be released yet as they still need work on campaigns or testing, as we have only been shown some units and buildings
also i noticed the storage one had a description that started with [PH] or something, that seems to be some debugging tag
