hey i don't understand why my population cap is at 140? am i ment to do something? max population i can have is 140? helpp cheers|||Town centers provide 20 pop each. Make some more town centers to reach 200 pop.|||At age 3, you may construct three more Town Centers. As stated above, they give +20 population each.
