the stone streets are a big part of customization in the Captial city, they help make the city feel alive and big. to create roads to different parts of the capital city i've just been moving buildings around little by little as the create the road under them. However whenever i jump into a mission and come back to my home city the roads are gone and even the stone street DIRECTLY UNDER the building where i've moved it is also not there.
Is this a bug? or simply not meant to be used this way? if so that would be a real shame and there should be some type of way to create streets/roads in the capital city.

|||Yeah they still really havent implemented a way to customize the roads/pavement in your home city yet

That being said, I think that there is some kind of new weird relationship between the harbor and the palace, i might be imagining things but it looks like if you move the palace, there is a road built between there and the harbor. I cant confirm this right now, as im not at home.
