Argos Cow?

Something to put in your city. Their just decorations.

EDIT: My bad, didn't read properly. The cows are for a quest you can pickup in Argos. Return them to your Town Hall.

You can pick up a quest in Argos. You need to have rescued the Egyptianambassador before you can get it. It's a global quest, like theMycenaeanones, so you can complete it in ANY Argos quest you pick up.

If you don't have the quest, the cows are useless. So don't bother with them. If you do have the quest, all you need to do is return the cow to your town center.
