If you are referring to the fact you actually need to give each player 2000 resource, it is by design. Tribute penalty sucks, and the research to make it cheaper is age 3, which also sucks.

The objective is to tribute all three of the locations of 1k of food and I tributed 1k to the first town center then I went on to the second and then tried to tribute then to the third and nothingoccurred, so I abandoned that quest.

And there are other issues in co-op I competed two quests with a friend he didn'treceiveany exp after any of them.
