i can't abandon some quests

[:1]Well idon'thave a premium civilization pack and there is two quest ihave ican't abandon because of this there is battle between friends ( so there is a blueprint in my inventory i cant get rid off) and the one of the advisor hall so i want to know that is there a way toabandonthis quests because i need those inventory slots
