stop the sea people wont finish

i am doing the quest: stop the sea people

i have destroyed the whole enemy base and the quest is still not finished.

it still says enemies defeated - incomplete while i have checked the whole map and they have nothing left

|||nvm found the problem some of the enemy units became stuck at trees near my base
|||Bump.

I also cannot find another enemy when it says enemies defeated - incomplete. Same issue with the one help the general quest, where you must empty the oasis.

How do you complete this?
